Badar brings over two decades of experience in healthcare technology and enterprise integration, with deep expertise spanning interoperability, systems architecture, and large-scale data workflows across payer and provider organizations.
As Founder and Executive Chairman of Intely, Badar sets the strategic direction for the company, drawing on years of hands-on work solving the connectivity problems that slow healthcare down. He's focused on helping organizations move past outdated, patchwork systems toward infrastructure built for how healthcare actually operates today.
Before founding Intely, Badar spent over a decade as an Enterprise Integration Architect at Community Health Systems, where he led complex integration projects connecting clinical and administrative systems across hospital networks. His background also includes work as a senior integration consultant and network engineer, giving him a ground-up understanding of the technical challenges healthcare organizations face when trying to make their systems talk to each other.
Daniel brings more than a decade of experience building healthcare technology and data solutions. His expertise spans healthcare interoperability, data management, product development, and the design of scalable systems that connect clinical, financial, and administrative workflows.
At Intely, Daniel has led the company from concept to a secure, enterprise-ready platform, driving product strategy, technical direction, and go-to-market execution. He combines deep healthcare domain expertise with hands-on technical experience to deliver solutions that simplify complex healthcare data challenges.
Before founding Intely, Daniel held product leadership roles at healthcare technology startups and worked with large health systems at Oracle Health, formerly Cerner, designing and implementing clinical and revenue cycle solutions.
Joerg brings more than 25 years of healthcare interoperability leadership, with deep expertise in HL7 FHIR, DaVinci, and payer-provider data exchange built across senior roles at organizations including Infor Healthcare, Audacious Inquiry, Agfa Healthcare, NextGate, GE Healthcare, and Sun Microsystems.
As VP of Sales and Growth at Intely, Joerg brings that experience to bear, helping healthcare organizations connect systems, automate workflows, and simplify integration through no-code tools and expert services.
Before joining Intely, Joerg served as Global Industry Principal for Interoperability at Infor Healthcare, where he directed global interoperability strategy and served on the HL7 DaVinci Steering Board, helping shape national interoperability standards.
