Using intelyForms for Salesforce, you can collect data and transmit it to records in your Salesforce account. As a result, you can track, manage, and cultivate customer connections with a straightforward workflow.

How it works:
With intelyForms drag-and-drop builder, you can quickly design mobile-friendly forms.
Step 1:
Log in to intelyForms and click on the ‘Create new form’ button to get started. Enter a form name and click on a ‘Next’ button. Then select a form template as per your requirements.

Step 2:
Once you create a form, in the form building window, add the form fields and components you would like for your form. To integrate Salesforce, you will need to include the email address form field. Then click on the ‘Next’ button and complete your basic settings.

After you have built the layout of your form and selected the form settings, navigate to the integrations tab.

Step 4:
Select the Salesforce integration and click on ‘Authenticate’. Login using your Salesforce email and password to authenticate your intelyForms account to access your Salesforce account.
Step 5:
After you successfully authenticate your intelyForms and Salesforce account, you will be prompted to map intelyForms response fields to Salesforce. Once you are complete with the mapping, click ‘Save Integration’.
