You can use intelyForms to collect data and transmit it to HubSpot CRM automatically using the intelyForms integration. With intelyForms integration options, you can automate your marketing and sales operations.

How it works?
Step 1:
Log in to intelyForms and click on the ‘Create new form’ button to get started. Enter a form name and click on a ‘Next’ button. Then select a form template as per your requirements.

Step 2:
Once you create a form, in the form building window, add the form fields and components you would like for your form. To integrate HubSpot, you will need to include the required form fields – Company Name and Contact Name. Then click on the ‘Next’ button and complete your basic settings accordingly.

After you have built the layout of your form and selected the form settings, navigate to the integrations tab.

Step 4:
Select the HubSpot integration and click on ‘Authenticate’. If you are a new user on HubSpot, you need to create an account to set up the integration; if you are an existing user, you can log in with your HubSpot email and password. It will allow you to authenticate your intelyForms account to access your HubSpot account.
Step 5:
Once the authentication is complete, you will need to map the intelyForms form fields you want to insert and update in your HubSpot CRM account. If you want to add more fields, you will click on Add new field. Then, click on ‘Save integration’.

Step 6:
If you see a message in the window that says, ‘Integration Up & Running‘, you have successfully set up your integration. If you do not see this message, contact our support team at [email protected].
