Job Description:
We are looking to hire a hardworking, passionate, and curious Product Manager to join our small team. You will play an integral role in creating a well-designed, scalable, and robust solution to solve healthcare communication and integration use cases.
You will serve as the primary stakeholder of the product and work cross-functionally to deliver value to the customers and end users while managing internal project initiatives. Your key role will be responsible for managing the product roadmaps, setting requirements and deadlines, balancing opportunities, and ultimately, delivering on product vision.
Product Manager Responsibilities:
- Own the Product Roadmap – adequately access cost/benefit and convey business and technical rational for product development decisions
- Create Product Deliverables – create user and buyer personas, write user stories, understand the customer needs, and identify opportunities
- Collaborate Effectively – work cross-functionally in R&D to plan development sprints, develop marketing and sales strategy
- Manage the Feedback Loop – put yourself in the customers shoes, engage with key stakeholders and users to gain feedback and insight and apply to product improvement
Product Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years in product management with some leadership responsibility.
